Appartement très bien situé, en plein centre et donnant sur la place (à noter que la chambre donne aussi sur la place). Les échanges, instructions et recommandations de l’hôte sont très claires !

Super appart climatisé et très bien situé.

Appartement bien situé, et récemment rénové. La communication avec la conciergerie était très fluide. La climatisation est un plus.

Positive: A lovely flat in a great central location. Negative: The welcome was anything but warm. What really annoyed me was the complicated check-in process, which required a whopping €250 credit-card deposit held before arrival and released about 5 business days after departure. Another thing I didn’t like was the way questions were answered on WhatsApp – it was very unfriendly, bordering on rudeness. The fact that my flat was on the second floor, accessible via a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, did not put me in a good mood. For me, having a lot of luggage, it was very, very tiring and complicated. I arrived very late, absolutely exhausted after driving for 10–12 hours, and I desperately needed to rest, not embark on a gruelling ordeal. It was also very unpleasant that, in the end, they asked me to do jobs that should already be included in the service, such as stripping the bed, taking the rubbish to the bins, etc. It was already a struggle to carry my rucksack and suitcase down those dreadful stairs; the rubbish was the last thing I needed. All in all, the impression I got was that the guest is an unwelcome presence. And that certainly doesn’t make you want to return.

L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. La chambre et le salon donnent sur la Place du Forum, qui était plutôt bruyante mais l'appartement est bien isolé. Nous avons tout visité à pied, donc l'emplacement est idéal. Le lit est confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. La salle de bain est accessible depuis un couloir situé entre les 2 pièces et la cuisine.

Positive: Sijainti erinomainen. Kalustus oikein hyvä, taittopöytä olohuoneessa hyvä. Ikkunat suuret ja helppo avata. Negative: Keittoastiat teflonia ja naarmuiset, niitä ei voinut käyttää. Leikkuulauta puuttui. Pesukone oli oikein hyvä lisä.Likaisuus lattialla oli ikävää, pesin lattiat tullessamme jotra roskat eivät tule sänkyyn.

Our stay was perfect. We booked directly through the agency (WELHOME) and they were very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean, in the centre of town and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and bedding and towels were great quality. No complaints. We would definitely stay again!
