appartement impeccable, situation parfaite pour sillonner Arles dans tous les sens, communication ultra fluide et rapide avec le service de conciergerie lorsque j'ai eu des soucis avec la clim. je recommande vivement!

Positive: L’ensemble de l’appartement : spacieux, éclairé eclairé et très propre, Negative: Le bruit !! Aucune information sur la situation des chambres donnant sur la Place du Forum : musique chaque soir jusqu’à 2 heures voire 4 heures du matin !! Impossible de se reposer.

Positive: La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento está reformado, con buena calefacción (fuimos en invierno), bien amueblado y con buen gusto. La limpieza es correcta en general. Negative: El baño no se corresponde con las fotos y desmerece lo demás. Es incómodo, en particular la ducha que es pequeña. No soy ni muy alta ni muy grande y apenas cabía en ella. Podría estar màs limpio.

Positive: l'emplacement , la déco les fenêtre isolante très efficace. Tout était tres propre. Proche tous les sites, la seule chose à savoir il est impossible d'accéder en auto (bon à savoir pour certaines personnes qui auraient de la peine à marcher et/ou avec force valises. Negative: La radiateur électrique (dans la chambre) est efficace, certes, mais il se dilate et fait un gros bruit plusieurs fois par nuit. Les machine à café nespresso avec ses 2 dosettes => super simplement même si c'est un détail 4 dosettes (2/personne) seraient encore mieux.

Positive: La localisation (même si l'été, l'appartement doit être bruyant, compte tenu du très grand nombre de terrasses sur la place du Forum) La réactivité de la conciergerie quand nous avons rencontré des problèmes pour entrer dans l'immeuble la porte étant bloquée et le dédommagement accepté après que nous l'avons demandé (ne quitter l'appartement qu'à midi au lieu de 10 heures sans avoir à payer de supplément) Negative: Le fait de ne pouvoir entrer dans les lieux que plus de 2 heures après l'heure prévue (18h40 au lieu de 16 heures).

L'appartement est bien équipé pour 2 personnes. La hauteur sous plafond n'est pas très élevée mais les hautes fenêtres la compensent. Le double vitrage est efficace et tant mieux car la place du forum n'est qu'un grand café.

The apartment is warm and cozy for couple.Good location with walking distance to attractions. So many shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is located at the centre of the old city, most of the attractions are nearly in walking distance. There are so many shops and restaurants surrounding. The apartment is quite nice for couple, cozy and warm.

Positive: The location is terrific, next to an iconic building in an iconic square. Despite being surrounded by restaurants it wasn't noisy (but might be in summer) The apartment is newly refurbished, small, but adequate in size, kitchen is very basic and I wouldn't want to be cooking food there. Negative: Check in was a real problem. The check in app, (which you have to use) crashed repeatedly when we tried to enter our payment details. The instructions for getting in were incomplete and the app gave us the wrong key code for the front door. The person on the phone was not very helpful insisting that problems with the app must be my bank, not their app. No apology for the app giving us the wrong code.

La Feria ! Une sono d'enfer ! Nous n'étions pas prévenus.Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour.

Joli 2 pièces bien aménagé, correctement équipé, joliment décoré, très bien placé puisque les fenêtres du salon et de la chambre donnent directement sur la place du Forum.Les triples fenêtres font repart au bruit permanent de la place et la Clim ou les ventilateurs maintiennent la fraîcheur.A signaler l’escalier d’accès à l’appartement (1er étage), en colimaçon, très étroit et le couloir légèrement surélevé du logement : on descend une petite marche pour aller dans chaque pièce.Très bonne réactivité de la conciergerie.

Positive: Très bel appartement, bien rénové et propre. l'ambiance place du forum, la proximité de tous les musées, expos.... Negative: La clim bruyante dans le salon, les odeurs de pizzas et de produits de nettoyage qui filtrent par l'espace sous la porte, surtout quand la pizzéria dessous ouvre sa porte vers la partie commune pour ventiler. Des détails qui entachent un peu une expérience qui reste somme toute très positive

Positive: Unbelievable location right in the heart of Arles. You can actually see this apartment in the top right of Van Gogh’s famous “Cafe at Night” painting, which is pretty awesome. Some issues getting fans to the room during a heat wave, but the hosts were very polite and responsive the whole time. Negative: I can’t recommend this location enough. Any minor issues were completely overshadowed by the amazing location at an affordable price.

Positive: This apartment had the 'WOW' factor. Location was in the historic Forum square, with great morning people watching views as the guides speaking every language passed through. Also next door is a café Van Gogh painted. Hence the name. All historic sites are nearby. The apartment had a comfortable sitting room, bedroom with big soft pillows and crisp clean cotton bedding, a small but well equipped kitchen, and the bathroom provided a good supply of thick towels.. It was tastefully styled and had everything we needed (tiny exceptions below). We were very, very happy to stay here. Thank you. Highly recommended. Negative: No bath mat and shower spray needs attaching.

Appartement très propre et récemment rénové. Contact réactif avec la conciergerie. Gros bémol : les fenêtres donnent sur la place du Forum, juste au-dessus des restaurants. Bruit et odeurs garantis.

It's a really lovely apartment in the old town, which is wonderful for easy access to explore everywhere in the area without a car. However, it does mean that if there are festivals on, it is not very sound proof (that is just the nature of the building), we just enjoyed the festival and joined the party on the streets, but I understand that some people would not like the noise. It's been thoughtfully redecorated, a really comfy bed, has everything we needed for a city break, and the host was very responsive, answering all and any questions very quickly. We felt very much at home! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
