Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Si trova in pieno centro a pochi passi da cours Mirabeau. Ha tutti i confort. Lo consiglio!

The apartment is centrally located, making it very convenient to explore the nearby area. It is also very clean. The only drawback was that, as it was summer and very hot, there should have been a fan or air conditioning in the bedroom as well, not just in the living space, since the air conditioning doesn’t reach the bedroom.

Positive: Very central location. Clean and clear instructions for checkin and check out. Negative: The stairs to the bed are so steep and the bathroom is on the bottom part of the duplex so if you’re old or pregnant (like me) it’s quite a challenge. Would take that into consideration.

All of the other reviews are accurate. This is an absolutely perfect location. Somehow, even in the midst of everything, it is very quiet inside of the apartment (courtyard facing helps). Yes, the stairs to the bedroom loft are very steep and the bedroom ceiling has some beams that you can run into if you’re not paying attention. And yes, this is a professionally managed Airbnb, so you may not get all the warm and fuzzies that you might get from other rentals, but the trade-off is very professional interactions and the option to pay a fee for early check-in and late checkout, which is very nice.

Positive: Heerlijke plek in het midden van het oude centrum van Aix. Heel handig voor het bezichtigen van de stad en op loopafstand van bushaltes voor als je uitstapjes buiten de stad wilt doen. Het is een klein appartement, maar alles wat je nodig hebt zit er in (wel zelf afwassen). Gemakkelijk om contact te maken met de verhuurders via apps. Negative: Je weet dat er trappen zijn om binnen te komen en in het appartement zelf. Is goed te doen, maar hou er rekening mee!

Fantastic location in Aix-en-Provence! Just off Cours Mirabeau making it extremely central and walkable. We enjoyed the loft space and the large washroom + shower. Would absolutely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le Airbnb. Le nécessaire était présent ce qui est un très bon point. Le vie à vie néanmoins oblige à garder les rideaux fermés en permanence. Mais sinon c’est parfait.

Positive: The place is perfectly located in a side street of the the center of Aix. It's a nice, very clean and quiet room, properly equipped with a modern and new bathroom, a full stuffed kitchenette, AC and TV. It's perfect for a couple of days stay to explore Aix and all the surrounding. We stayed for three days and enjoyed the stay a lot. The booking and "handover" is very well organized - even though not a single point of "personal" contact - all arranged remotely by mails and apps. Negative: While the arrangement and "handover" of keys are well organized and worked out well all was done "remotely" and "unpersonalized" - done by email and apps which needed to checked and answered a lot in preparation. This set an element of "stress" in the preparation with a constant fear to miss a mail and fail to acknowledge something (therefore the not perfect rating in "personell"). But in the end everything worked out very well. No problem but need to be known: The room is located on the first floor of an old house in a pedestrian area. There's no elevator so the luggage needs to be lifted up a longish staircase (no barrier free access). Also the house is not accessible by car. Public parking (garage) is about 5 minutes footpath away - but no problem for us.

À un emplacement imbattable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout est a proximité en plein centre ville, et pourtant il n’y aucun bruit. Nous reviendrons !

There are a few things about this place we didn’t enjoy. Bedroom ceiling is super low, very easy to hit your head, the stair e to the bedroom is too steep. The rules are too strict, too business like, lack of personal touch, missing normal Airbnb experience. The check out time is super early, very inflexible, communication was not warm. So, again, experience of staying wasn’t enjoyable, definitely not going to recommend this place. Though, this place’s location is great. That’s it from positive side.

Très bien situé dans le centre-ville historique. Hébergement très fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités et équipements nécessaires. Par contre, espace restreint, accès difficile au lit situé sur la mezzanine. Notez que : (1) si vous avez plusieurs valises: le stationnement est à plus de 5 minutes de marche; et (2) si vous quittez un dimanche ou un lundi matin, il faudra disposer vous même de vos poubelles au départ, le dépôt "légal" le plus proche étant près du stationnement (donc une ballade d'un peu plus de cinq minutes avec vos sacs poubelle).

Perfect location, exactly what we needed!

The apartment is in a great location just steps off of the Main Street and it's easy to walk everywhere. We loved the flexibility and all the great restaurants nearby. The apartment was stylish and comfortable and spotlessly clean and the directions made it easy to find. The hosts are very responsive to all questions. If you have any mobility issues, or are very tall, or afraid of heights, this may not be a great place for you. The stairs leading up to the loft are very narrow and the ceiling in the loft is very low. Also, the steps just in front of the doorway are a little strangely shaped so you'll want to watch out for that. 10am felt like too early of a checkout given that they wanted us to strip the linens, clean plates, take out the garbage, etc. I got a bunch of emails beforehand where you could click on options to pay extra for other things like early check-in or late check out but it just felt like trying to make a quick buck off of people.

This place was amazing all around! It is directly in the center of town, we walked everywhere! It’s in a gorgeous building that holds so much character. While the home itself was modern on the inside and updated, it still had that classic European feel! Perfect space for 2! The shower did run out of hot water quickly, so just be mindful of that! 10/10 would stay here again!!!!

The flat was great! It was well decorated, very clean, and the location was exceptional. Hard to beat being so central in the old Aix! What I particularly liked was that while being extremely central, right by the very busy cours Mirabeau, the flat was surprisingly quiet. One of my best stay, would totally recommend anyone staying there.

Positive: Fantastic location right off the main throughway of the old city, yet very quiet Charming, well furnished apartment with a romantic feel. Negative: No good place to work (I had to rent a coworking space) Not suited for tall folks - low ceiling in the bathroom and very low ceiling in the bedroom. My head still hurts! Don't rent this if you need to go often to the bathroom at night - quite of an obstacle course! Somewhat cold in February (the bathroom's towel heater was on the whole time)

Notre séjour s’est passé à merveilles. L’emplacement est parfait, au centre de la ville. La conciergerie est extrêmement réactive et flexible, cela est appréciable.

Wow…. The apartment was perfect in location so peaceful inside but had the advantage of being in the middle of the hustle and bustle as soon as you went outside. So clean and had everything you needed. We both slept so well, a really comfy bed. Great communication. Look forward to returning.

Excellent séjour

Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto's en stijlvol ingericht. Het is perfect gelegen vlakbij Cours Mirabeau en het oude centrum, maar toch zeer rustig. Je kijkt uit op een soort binnenpleintje, niet zo fraai uitzicht op vooral muren, maar dus wel zeer rustig. Al klinkt er regelmatig voor langere tijd een laag frequent gebrom (van 1 van de apparaten die aan de buitenmuren hangen), dit was gelukkig alleen overdag. De bedden zijn ruim en liggen erg goed, we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Let boven wel op je hoofd; groot gevaar om je hoofd te stoten als je een beetje lang bent. Misschien is er iets mis gegaan in de vertaling naar het Nederlands, maar er is geen oven aanwezig ondanks dat dat bij de voorzieningen aangegeven staat in de advertentie. Het appartement is verder schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De hosts zijn goed bereikbaar en reageren snel op berichten.

An excellent base from which to experience Aix. We spent 3 nights and saw everything, including a bus ride to le Tholonet for a country walk and lunch. Many of the Cezanne locations are closed this season; be aware if you’re travelling for these. The room is spacious and clean, all fittings modern and good quality. The stair to the bedroom mezzanine is steep - not for you if you are in any way limited in mobility. Given how close it is to the main Cours Mirabeau drag, I was amazed that it was completely quiet in the duplex. I would thoroughly recommend this for your visit to Aix.

The location is superb, in the city center. However, as soon as you close the doors you have a sense of tranquility and privacy. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

This cozy apartment is ideally located near the Cours Mirabeau, within walking distance of almost everything Aix has to offer. Modern renovations and a 1st floor location add convenience to this apartment without detracting from the French character. It’s a perfect place for a solo traveler who wants to stay in town for a while or for a couple on vacation. Tall ceilings make the space feel bigger than it is, and the AC is great for the summer. The windows look into a small courtyard, but that means the apartment is quiet even when festivals, like Fete de la Musique, play well into the wee hours. The hosts were very responsive to my minor questions and needs. You can feel confident in booking this lovely apartment — it’s great for seeing the heart of Aix.

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. It is a very modern apartment nestled in the heart of the historic Provençal town of Aix. The apartment was carefully decorated and super cozy. The bed felt even more comfortable than what we have at home. Its unique duplex layout offered separate living spaces. The entrance to the building opens directly to the beautiful streets and the famous Cours Mirabeau is literally around the corner. The location is simply superb. We really got to live like locals and highly recommend this place to all!

Estivemos de 02 a 08/out/23 no Flet e adoramos! A localização é incrível, dá acesso a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos à pé. O flet é exatamente como nas fotos, tudo limpo, organizado, cheiroso. Nicolas, nosso anfitrião, foi sempre muito gentil e rápido nas respostas. Fomos recebidos com mimos de comidinhas, vinho e uma delicada vela, muito obrigada Nicolas. Se você quer viver uma experiência única, com segurança e comodidade, este é o lugar certo.

Perfect location

Amazing little appartement and incredible location! We stayed for a whole week and loved how close it was to the Cours Mirabeau and all the shops and restaurants in the back streets. The person communicating with us was really responsive, we mentioned the wifi not working one day and they really quickly told us how to fix it!

This place is great. The location is just a few steps off of Cours Mirabeau with its many restaurants. The apartment is clean, we’ll designed, comfortable, and has an air conditioner that works! We had no issues.

Exceptionnel, le logement était vraiment parfait par rapport à nos attentes. Très agréable à vivre, propre, neuf mais avec une touche d'ancien (les portes). Lumineux le jour et avec beaucoup de possibilités d'éclairage la nuit. Bien pensé, pratique vraiment super un des meilleurs logement airbnb que nous ayons fait. Le seul bémol sera peut être un léger manque de rangement si vous restez longtemps. 10/10

Nice apartment and easy to get around the city

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Aix. We really enjoyed how big it was and it had everything we could possibly need for a super comfortable stay. It was in a super convenient location close to a number of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Aix again.

Merveilleux petit appartement : propre, moderne, calme, très lumineux, et idéalement situé en plein cœur d'Aix. Cuisine et salle de bain très bien équipées et fonctionnelles, linge de maison de qualité fourni. Tous les services internet/multimédia sont fournis (Bon réseau WiFi, 2 télés avec Netflix, Disney+, etc.) et la climatisation permet de supporter les canicules. Remise des clés en autonomie via une boîte à clés à code, donc très pratique pour arriver/repartir nimporte quand. Seuls détails à signaler qui pourraient gêner certains : - Comme dans une bonne partie du centre-ville, la couverture mobile (Free au moins) est quasi-nulle. Donc c'est idéal pour s'isoler en vacances mais attention si vous comptiez passer des appels toute la journée. - L'appartement est au 1er étage sans ascenseur et les marches de la mezzanine sont assez hautes. À prendre en compte pour les personnes avec des problèmes de genoux. À part ça, tout est parfait : studio idéal pour une découverte de la ville

Recommend this apartment for its location and amenities. The antique doors were unexpected and once we figured them out, a charming part of our stay. Very conveniently situated among shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is within the building within clear view of other windows, so we used the privacy curtains most of the time. Wonderful spot for your stay in Aix!

I can say for sure that this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We chose it because of the location (which is perfect), but everything else was perfect as well. Easy to check in, the place is exactly like the pictures, host is super friendly, nice bed, everything was clean, we had an amazing time overall. 100% recommend. 👍🏻

Great location for seeing all the sights and going to restaurants. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Well designed space and comfortable. Nice to have the basic amenities provided such as laundry detergent and cooking supplies. I liked the loft but it wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues (it’s clearly shown in photos). Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location right in the center of Aix, cozy but very livable and super clean. The host was kind enough to provide a nice bottle of local wine and a few snacks which were much appreciated after a long day of travel. Being close to the many restaurants means it can get a bit noisy but the sleeping area is towards the back of the house away from the street so it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall a good experience.

This is a fantastic spot! The location can’t be beat. The use of space was so well thought out and efficient. I loved having the bed in the loft. The bathroom was spacious. We used the table a lot. We had a late bus going out of town and the host let us keep our suitcases in the entry so we didn’t have to carry them around all day. Everything felt clean and there was lots of space.
