Positive: Clean and tidy with a large balcony on the 8th floor. Negative: The bed was raised up and against the wall so it took some effort to get into bed.

First, the positive: The apartment itself was clean and did have a pretty good view. But everything else was negative. The check in process is, I kid you not, 16 pages long. Have you ever tried an escape room? It's like that, with multiple codes, lockboxes, keys, and combination locks. One particularly vexing part was aligning the number on a lock placed sideways in a mailbox, making all the numbers hard to read.They also do not provide you with a blanket, just a sheet, presumably so that you will not try to use the air conditioner.And as for checkout, you have to take out the garbage, but nowhere does it indicate how to do that, and there are no chutes. So we spent quite some time trying to figure out where the compactor room was.But worst of all, the bed is tiny! The pictures show the bed as if it can accommodate a couple. It cannot. The moment we got in there we wanted to leave. When we called the owner out on the misleading picture and asked for at least a partial refund, he derisively responded "the suite has a 140190 bed, as indicated in the ad and on the photos the layout is very well shown.. so I don't see how you couldn't see that". As if we travel with a measuring tape.Final verdict: DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances. You will find much more spacious accommodations, complete with kitchenette, and a concierge, at the Tahiti Nui for basically the same price. That's where we ended up going after this disaster.

Positive: The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was comfortable with a nice view. Air conditioning was good. Negative: The bed is in a corner on a raised platform which is awkward to get into and out of if you are older or have limited mobility. it is not handy to central papeete and you need taxis or a car or it is a 15 minute walk.

Positive: Lá situation par rapport ou je devais aller ,par contre si vous deves aller en ville il Vous faut une voiture , Appartement confortable et recent , immeuble calme, piscine , Salle de sport Negative: Jeu de piste pour récupérer les clefs , arriver pas avant 16h00 pas possible de negocier il faut payer pour une arriver 14h00 ou 15h00 par contre si on peut Liberer avant 10h00 c est apprecie

Good location-walkable to most things. A marvellous Chinese restaurant across the street-pricey but good. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Well equipped kitchen and the unit is just the right size for two people

Positive: Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, modernes Apartment im 8. Stock. Super Aussicht, sehr schöner Balkon. Qualitativ hochwertige Einrichtung. Sehr sauber. WiFi ist gesichert und zuverlässig. Das Umfeld erscheint auch sicher. Kleiner Außenpool vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (kleiner Supermarkt, gut sortiert) fußläufig in der Nähe. Sehr gutes chinesisches Restaurant in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Für alles andere braucht man entweder Auto oder Taxi. Autoabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage gehört dazu. Taxi kann man sehr einfach per whatsapp bestellen, kommen zuverlässig. Die Preise sind moderat. Fazit: Durchaus für einen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert. Negative: Check-in und Check-out Prozedur sehr kompliziert. Check-in Daten erhält man zu kurzfristig voher und man braucht WiFi. Wenn man vorher unterwegs ist, könnte es problematisch werden. Die Lage ist mittelmäßig, weder Strand-, noch Meernähe. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen konzipiert. Pool ist inmitten von Mauern.

Positive: Bonjour, je tiens à vous faire part de mon immense satisfaction concernant mon séjour dans la suite Mahana avec vue sur la mer et la montagne lors de mon voyage à Papeete. Le studio est très bien conçu, propre, calme et parfaitement sécurisé, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour relaxant. La piscine a également été très appréciée. Merci pour la communication très efficace et rapide du début à la fin de mon séjour. Il n'y a aucun point négatif à ajouter, vraiment aucun. Pour les petites courses quotidiennes, il y a un Auchan, mais je ne le recommande pas, car il y a un Easy Market à 10 minutes à pied de la résidence, qui est beaucoup plus grand et mieux achalandé. La pâtisserie Palais, avec ses délicieuses créations, est un incontournable, surtout pour les pâtisseries du matin. Si vous venez en taxi depuis l'aéroport et que le chauffeur ne connaît pas le bâtiment ou l'adresse exacte, dites-lui simplement de se rendre en face du restaurant « Le Cheval d'Or », une institution à Papeete. Et il y a aussi de bons burgers juste derrière. Au plaisir de revenir ! Merci encore. Negative: Rien

L’appartement est propre, neuf et offre une belle vue, ce qui rend le séjour agréable au premier abord. Cependant, plusieurs points ont malheureusement nui à notre confort. La literie est catastrophique : lit petit, matelas extrêmement dur, ce qui empêche de bien dormir. De plus, l’annonce indique un logement en centre-ville, mais nous avons dû prendre de nombreux taxis pour y accéder, ce qui s’est révélé coûteux et décevant. il faut marcher 20mn pour le centre sur une route dangereuse et sans trottoir. Les chiens des voisins aboient très souvent rendant l’environnement sonore difficile à supporter. Enfin, la télévision est mal positionnée, impossible à regarder confortablement depuis le lit. Avec quelques ajustements et davantage de transparence dans l’annonce, ce logement pourrait devenir une bonne option pour un court séjour. Enfin, les multiples procédures administratives, sur un site à part d'airbnb, que demandent la conciergerie sont épuisantes. Dommage.

We had a very mixed experience here. The apartment itself was clean, safe, and in a good central location, which we appreciated. However, communication with the host was difficult. Our messages went unanswered, and the directions provided were so confusing that even our taxi driver couldn’t figure it out. We also had to put down a deposit outside of the Airbnb platform in order to check in, which didn’t feel right. Finally, getting the key and actually accessing the apartment was unnecessarily complicated, almost like solving an escape room puzzle. Overall, the stay was fine once we were inside, but the check-in process and lack of support from the host made it stressful.

Positive: - Recently renovated studio apartment on 8th (top) floor of the building. - Apartment was clean and well equipped, but I wouldn't describe it as luxury. - Large deck with expansive views across the sea and the mountains. - Large supermarket and ATM within walking distance. Negative: - Location not ideal: 15-20 mins walk from town center in residential / light-industrial neighbourhood. - Neighbourhood deserted and dark from early evening, did not feel comfortable to walk. - Bed was set on top of a podium, which made getting in/out of bed awkward. - Building issues: lifts broke down twice during our stay, one morning there was no water until 9am.

A clean modern apartment with a fantastic view. The third party hosting is a pain to deal with. They force you to sign up on their comms platform and charge your card - it's convoluted and confusing. They also didnt organise transport for us - despite stating this on the profile.

Positive: Great view, comfortable room, it is close to supermarket, bakery and you can walk into town … easy parking too. Loved the pool and having a washing machine! Great deck to relax on and was really happy - I stayed here for 8 nights. Negative: Could have had a few more coffee pods offered and more toilet paper (2 small rolls for 8 days isn’t a lot). But loved the fact there were 2 washing machine pods. Didn’t like having to strip the beds and take out all the rubbish and all the “cleaning” instructions.

Le seul paramètre énervant c est tous ces échanges de messages mais l appartement est magnifique et vaut le coup
