La villa des Pins - Family House - Swimming pool

This contemporary villa of 200 m2 is new and built in wood, it offers a dominant view of the old classified village of VELAUX and the surrounding hills.

We have taken care of the decoration in a contemporary style and arranged several quiet terraces for your comfort.

It is located 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and has a private pool. The villa includes a large bright and air-conditioned living room in the living space, 4 bedrooms with fans and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, you will find a private entrance overlooking a large air-conditioned living room (since 2022) with direct access to the terrace. This room is equipped with a seating area with a sofa, a wood stove, a living area with a large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island and a high table. There is also a separate toilet.

The first sleeping area is also on this level and includes an isolated office, two bedrooms each with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, a storage closet, fans. As well as a bathroom.

On the garden level, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a storage cupboard, fans. As well as another bathroom and an English courtyard.

You can enjoy our secure salt pool (not heated in winter) with direct access from the terrace.

For your comfort, we have equipped our villa with TV, Wifi, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc.

The entrance to the house is private and you can park several cars there.

Our villa is ideally located to discover Aix-en-Provence and Provence, whether with family or friends.

Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, i.e. a maximum of 4 adults + 4 children or 4 couples. The sleeping possibilities are detailed above with 4 beds of 160 x 200 cm.

Finally, know that our villa is non-smoking in all interior spaces.

Security Deposit

A security deposit in the form of a €1 pre-authorization on your credit card will be taken at the time of your online check-in. It will be released within 5 working days after your departure, provided no damages have occurred in the property. In case of damage, the pre-authorization will be used to cover the costs of repairs and/or any additional cleaning fees.
