GROUND FLOOR WITH A VIEW OF THE TWO TERRACES
A large entrance leads to a beautiful living space bathed in light: living room with sofa and coffee table as well as a TV on the wall for your relaxing evenings, American kitchen with a dining area that directly overlooks the first terrace exposed east.
For the meal, a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking regional products, a dining area overlooking the terrace equipped with table and chairs that can accommodate you for your breakfasts.
On the pool side you will find a pleasant covered and equipped summer kitchen (fridge - mini dishwasher - sink - plancha - storage and all outdoor kitchen utensils) with its covered dining area, comfortable armchairs and deckchairs.
Spacious room 1 directly overlooking the outside and the sunny view of the pool and equipped with a small office and a bathroom.
For comfort, a bed of 140 x 190, storage.
Bedroom 2 for children, a bed of 90 x 190, storage.
